Do I have to use one of your lenders?
No. You apply with the lender directly, so you stay in control, and we can work with any bank of your choosing.
When should I apply for financing?
Many clients pre-qualify during the design phase so the budget and the 3D design line up before construction starts.
What interest rate does the calculator use?
It starts at 6.99% APR, a typical pool loan rate, as an example only. Your real rate, term and payment come from the lender and depend on your credit, the loan type and the amount you borrow. You can change the rate in the calculator.
Can a loan cover more than the pool?
Ask the lender how much of the project the loan can cover. We give you an itemized quote for the full project, including the pool, spa, decking, outdoor kitchen, walls and landscaping, so the lender sees exactly what is being built.
How long are pool loan terms?
Terms vary by lender and loan type. Shorter terms mean higher monthly payments and less total interest. Longer terms lower the payment but cost more over time. Try a few terms in the calculator to see the difference.
