“Carlos and his team actually did the work.”

We spoke with at least four different pool builders before deciding to go with Carlos and Meraki Pools, and they far exceeded every other builder we met with.

From the very beginning, Carlos was communicative, honest, and genuinely listened to what WE wanted rather than trying to sell us on what he thought we should have. At the same time, he took the time to educate us on things we never would have thought about ourselves. Building a pool is a process, and there are so many decisions and details that you don't realize go into it. Carlos was there every step of the way to guide us through all of it.

Their pricing was also the best we received, but what really stood out to us was the fact that Carlos and his team actually did the work. Unlike many other builders who outsource different portions of the project to multiple subcontractors, Carlos and his team were there day in and day out. If an issue came up, Carlos was there to address it and make sure it was taken care of.

The entire experience was better than we could have hoped for, and we truly cannot recommend Meraki Pools enough. If you're considering building a pool, you won't regret choosing Carlos and his team!

“…from groundbreaking, we were swimming in under two months!!”

My family and I are so incredibly appreciative for the experience and results we had with Meraki Pools! From the first phone call with Carlos, to the final check when the pool was complete, the professionalism and personal approach they have made the entire process stress-free. Carlos worked with my budget, and transformed our backyard beyond what I could imagine. I am incredibly grateful for his innovation in the design process. Carlos and his father were actively involved in the entire process, and that felt very reassuring. The staff, that spent many days in our backyard, were the best! They were friendly, always laughing, and we felt very comfortable with them and I felt that was very important, because the process of building a pool takes time. Although, from groundbreaking, we were swimming in under two months!! Thank you so much Carlos and everyone at Meraki Pools! I honestly believe had we not chosen Meraki Pools, not only would we not have the backyard that I still can’t believe is ours, we may still be waiting.

“The final product was beyond our expectations.”

Meraki pools was great to work with from start to finish. The customer service and craftsmanship is unmatchable. We had 4 different companies come out to give us a quote, they definitely stood out. We got answers quick, and follow ups when they said they would. The final product was beyond our expectations. We redid our entire yard from turf, travertine, plants and irrigation, the pool, waterfall, heater and salt system. The attention to detail is amazing, the quality of the work amazing. The workers showed up on time every day until they were done. I highly recommend Meraki Pools.
