What should I do before contacting a pool builder?
Know roughly what you want (size, spa, features), your budget range, whether you have an HOA, and how equipment can reach your backyard. Photos of the yard and any HOA guidelines make the first visit much more productive.
How far ahead should I plan a pool in Tucson?
Allow time for design, permits and any HOA review before construction starts. If you want to swim by summer, starting the planning in fall or winter gives you the most breathing room.
Is the checklist free?
Yes. It takes about two minutes, and you can send your answers to us for a free on-site design consult, or just use the plan on your own.
